Day 4 of #AlopeciaAwarenessMonth • Truth be told, I’m really glad I’m finally doing all of this after 17 years. It’s given me a chance to share my story as I have experienced all 3 types of Alopecia: Areata, Totalis and Universalis. 17 years of this disorder, I still have no idea what causes it for me. Here’s a little timeline:

2009-2014 • Alopecia Areata

2014-2019 • Full Hair Growth

2019-2020 • Alopecia Areata

2020-2025 • Areata, Totalis, Universalis

Throwback to February 2020. It was the first time I showed my fully bald head in public. 🤣 I definitely was scared. I took a deep breath, and then threw my hat to my kids before I bowed onto the mat for this match. Rolling with no hair is legit kinda glorious considering my hair used to be down to waist (and I can never keep it up in a ponytail),
